Health Guarantee:

Upon your receipt of the pup, it is guaranteed to be in good health and free from all communicate disease.

It is guaranteed to be of sound breeding and free of congenital defect related to its breeding.

If within 24 months of age the puppy dies or has a life-threatening illness due to a congenital defect related to its breeding, Rocky Mountain Labradors would replace the puppy.  This would be contingent upon notification from the purchaser and receipt of a written report from your licensed veterinarian.  RML would require all necessary and proper paperwork within 24 hours of the veterinary visit for this contract to be valid.

RML would have the option of getting a second opinion from our licensed veterinarian at our cost.  Upon agreement that the death of the puppy was related to its breeding, RML would replace the puppy with one of equal value.  Buyer would only be allowed one replacement puppy.  

This health guarantee is non-transferable to anyone other than the original purchaser of the puppy.

Any replacement would be our choice from stock that we have on hand or from an expected litter.  The replacement puppy would be the same sex and color as the puppy purchased.  

Purchaser’s Responsibilities:
If any breeding or siring is done before the puppy is 24 months of age, all items on this contract are void.  We strongly feel that breeding a puppy before the age of two is inhumane and cruel to animals.

This contract is valid only if there has been no neglect or abuse of the puppy by the purchaser that could cause or aggravate any illness or disorder of the puppy.

If replacement were necessary, Rocky Mountain Labradors would not be responsible for charges incurred for veterinary exam, x-rays, or any other related expenses at any time.

RML would not replace the shipping or delivery price of the dog.  Only the dog would be replaced and delivery or shipping charges would be the responsibility of the owner.
